Devialet Black Friday Sale 2026: Phantom Ultimate, Mania, Dione & Gemini II

Devialet products make normal Black Friday price comparisons unusually difficult.

A $2,000 Devialet speaker is not necessarily equivalent to a $2,000 pair of passive loudspeakers.

The Devialet may already contain:

an amplifier,

DAC,

streamer,

wireless connectivity,

DSP,

and enough built-in bass that many buyers never add a subwoofer.

The passive speakers may require another several thousand dollars of electronics before they make any sound at all.

That gives us a better way to approach the Devialet Black Friday Sale 2026.

Rather than asking which Devialet product has the largest percentage discount, ask:

What equipment does this product eliminate from the system?

That question is particularly important in 2026 because Devialet’s flagship speaker family has changed. Phantom Ultimate 98 dB and Phantom Ultimate 108 dB are now the new-generation Phantom models, with newer processing, connectivity and Devialet Operating System architecture.

Devialet Phantom Ultimate 98 dB: one speaker instead of a hi-fi stack

The Devialet Phantom Ultimate 98 dB is now the most important entry point into the current Phantom generation.

Devialet lists it at $1,999 per speaker in the U.S. It delivers 400W of amplification, reaches a specified maximum output of 98 dB at one meter and covers a claimed 18Hz–25kHz frequency range.

That compact enclosure already contains the electronics needed to operate as a complete networked speaker.

Current connectivity includes:

  • AirPlay
  • Google Cast
  • Spotify Connect
  • Tidal Connect
  • Qobuz Connect
  • UPnP
  • Roon Ready support
  • Bluetooth
  • optical input
  • Ethernet/Wi-Fi

Devialet also moved the Ultimate generation to its newer DOS 3 software platform and updated processing architecture.

That means a single Phantom Ultimate 98 dB can replace several traditional purchases:

speaker + amplifier + DAC + network streamer

for somebody who wants a minimal system.

One Phantom or two?

This is the first Devialet Black Friday decision that can double your budget.

One Phantom Ultimate 98 dB costs $1,999 at current regular U.S. pricing.

A stereo pair is listed at $3,998.

Using two identical Ultimate 98 dB speakers produces true left/right stereo rather than simply making one speaker louder.

Devialet specifies 101 dB maximum output for the stereo configuration and recommends placing the pair roughly 1.5–2.5 meters apart for the intended stereo soundstage.

So during Black Friday, check both:

single-speaker price

and

stereo-pair pricing.

A special pair promotion can be more important than a small discount on one speaker.

Phantom Ultimate 108 dB: what if the speaker also replaces the subwoofer?

Devialet Phantom Ultimate 108 dB

The Phantom Ultimate 108 dB is the larger and dramatically more powerful version of the current Phantom concept.

Devialet rates it at:

1,100W

108 dB SPL at one meter

and

14Hz–35kHz frequency response under its stated measurement conditions.

Current U.S. regular pricing is $3,999 for one, or $7,998 for a stereo pair.

Those are serious prices.

But again, the comparison should be with the full traditional system required to do the same job.

Phantom Ultimate 108 dB already includes:

amplification,

DAC,

streaming platform,

DSP,

network connectivity,

optical input,

and enormous low-frequency capability inside the enclosure.

Devialet’s HBI bass architecture uses opposing woofers and claims extension down to 14Hz on the 108 dB model.

That does not mean every buyer should automatically skip a dedicated subwoofer in every possible room.

It means Phantom Ultimate 108 dB should not be compared with a conventional bookshelf speaker without accounting for all the other boxes that speaker would require.

The newer Ultimate platform matters

Phantom Ultimate 108 dB supports a substantially modernized streaming platform including AirPlay, Google Cast, Spotify Connect with lossless support, Tidal Connect, Qobuz Connect, UPnP and Roon Ready playback. It also uses Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3.

The model uses Devialet’s newer-generation ADH architecture, DOS 3 and an updated NXP processor.

That is why old Phantom I clearance inventory needs to be significantly cheaper rather than merely showing a large discount from its original MSRP.

The hidden Phantom cost: stands, wall mounts and the second speaker

Devialet makes the electronics unusually simple.

The physical installation can still become expensive.

For Phantom Ultimate 108 dB, Devialet currently lists accessories such as:

Tree stand — $399

Treepod — $349

Gecko wall mount — $299

and the optional Remote — $199.

Phantom Ultimate 98 dB has its own compatible Tree and Gecko hardware, including a $299 Tree and $249 Gecko at current regular U.S. pricing.

That matters when evaluating a Black Friday bundle.

A retailer offering a Phantom with a stand may be providing a more valuable package than a slightly cheaper speaker-only offer.

For a stereo setup, remember to multiply installation accessories by two where appropriate.

A $200 stand difference becomes $400 across a pair.

Don’t assume an old Phantom can become the second half of an Ultimate stereo pair

This is particularly important for existing Devialet owners.

Devialet states that Phantom Ultimate can only form a stereo pair with the same Phantom Ultimate model.

You cannot pair a Phantom I with Phantom Ultimate 108 dB as a stereo pair.

The same principle means Black Friday shoppers should not buy a cheap previous-generation Phantom assuming they can later combine it seamlessly with a new Ultimate model.

If stereo is part of the long-term plan, buy within the same generation and model.

Previous Phantom I and Phantom II: the discount must pay for the generation gap

Amazon and specialist retailers may continue carrying:

Phantom I 108 dB

Phantom I 103 dB

Phantom II 98 dB

and other older finishes.

Devialet now places many Phantom I and Phantom II product pages under its legacy section, while the new Phantom Ultimate 98 and 108 dB models occupy the primary current Phantom family.

The previous Phantom I 108 dB remains extremely powerful on paper:

1,100W,

108 dB,

14Hz–27kHz,

AirPlay,

Spotify Connect,

Roon Ready,

UPnP,

Bluetooth,

and optical input.

That hardware did not suddenly stop sounding good.

But its buying role has changed.

For Black Friday 2026:

Phantom Ultimate = current-generation target.

Phantom I / Phantom II = clearance-sensitive target.

Do not calculate value by comparing the old product’s sale price only with its original launch MSRP.

Compare it with the current Phantom Ultimate that occupies the same role today.

Devialet Mania: what if the premium speaker has to leave the house?

Devialet Mania

Mania solves a completely different problem.

It is Devialet’s battery-powered portable smart speaker, currently listed at $899 in the U.S.

The speaker uses an adaptive 360-degree stereo architecture that Devialet calls Active Stereo Calibration. Its four full-range drivers and two woofers automatically adapt the presentation to the speaker’s surroundings.

Key specifications include:

up to 10 hours of battery life

95 dB maximum SPL

30Hz–20kHz frequency range

IPX4 splash resistance

Wi-Fi

AirPlay

Spotify Connect

Bluetooth

and integrated voice-assistant functionality when appropriately connected.

IPX4 is not pool-speaker waterproofing

Mania can handle splashes.

It should not be treated like an IP67 outdoor speaker designed for immersion.

That is an important distinction because an $899 portable speaker is a very expensive product to discover is not designed for being dropped into a pool.

Mania’s real appeal is placement freedom

You are paying for the ability to move a more serious Devialet listening experience:

from kitchen,

to terrace,

to bedroom,

to office,

without installing a Phantom in every location.

That is what a Black Friday Mania deal should be evaluated against.

Not against Phantom.

And not against a $100 waterproof camping speaker.

Special-edition Mania can add a lot of price without adding more sound

Devialet sells a number of luxury and limited Mania finishes.

For example, the Mania Opéra Rouge currently costs $1,199 and includes the Mania Station charging dock. Devialet explicitly says this edition has the same audio performance as the standard Mania.

That is useful Black Friday information.

If your priority is audio performance:

compare the standard Mania first.

If you specifically want:

a rare finish,

gold treatment,

limited-edition styling,

or a bundled charging station,

then the premium may make sense.

A special finish is not automatically an acoustic upgrade.

Devialet Dione: what if one soundbar replaces an AVR, center, subwoofer and front speakers?

Devialet Dione

Dione is Devialet’s current all-in-one home-cinema product.

It is a 5.1.2-channel Dolby Atmos soundbar with 17 individual drivers, 950W RMS total amplification and a specified 101 dB maximum SPL. Devialet currently lists it at $2,199 in the U.S.

Connectivity includes:

  • HDMI 2.1
  • ARC/eARC
  • optical input
  • AirPlay
  • Bluetooth
  • Spotify Connect

The important word here is all-in-one.

There is no separate wireless subwoofer box included because Devialet builds substantial bass capability directly into Dione’s enclosure.

There are also no separate rear-speaker boxes in the standard system.

That gives Dione a very different value proposition from a conventional Atmos package.

Compare Dione with the system it replaces

A traditional home-theater setup might require:

AV receiver,

front left/right speakers,

center speaker,

subwoofer,

height speakers,

speaker cable,

and furniture or mounting hardware.

Dione collapses most of that into one enclosure under the television.

That does not automatically make it better than a good discrete surround system.

A physical rear speaker behind you can do something a single front-mounted soundbar cannot physically duplicate.

But Dione’s appeal is precisely for the buyer who does not want a room full of boxes.

Devialet Dione Dolby Atmos 5.1.2 Soundbar — Check Price on Amazon

Dione is one product where a discount can save more than the percentage suggests

A $200 reduction on a pair of ordinary bookshelf speakers may still leave you needing amplification.

A $200 reduction on Dione reduces the price of nearly the entire TV-audio system.

That is why Black Friday percentage comparisons between categories can be misleading.

If you were already planning to buy:

soundbar + subwoofer

or

receiver + speakers,

calculate the total alternative-system cost before deciding whether Dione is expensive.

Devialet Gemini II: the whole brand shrunk into your pocket

Devialet Gemini II

Gemini II remains Devialet’s current true-wireless earbud.

Regular U.S. pricing is $499.

The second-generation design uses a custom 10mm titanium-coated driver, Devialet Adaptive Noise Cancellation, Active Wind Reduction and a redesigned fit that Devialet says is 40% smaller than the first-generation Gemini.

Current features include:

  • adaptive ANC
  • transparency mode
  • Bluetooth 5.2
  • multipoint for two devices
  • Qualcomm aptX
  • Qi wireless charging
  • IPX4
  • customizable controls
  • up to 22 hours total battery life with the charging case

Devialet also uses a bone-conduction voice sensor alongside microphone processing to improve voice pickup during calls.

Battery wording matters

The 22-hour specification includes the charging case.

Do not write “22-hour earbuds” in a deal description.

That would overstate continuous earbud runtime.

Gemini II is a luxury-earbud decision

At $499 regular pricing, Gemini II competes in a very expensive part of the true-wireless market.

The buying argument is therefore not:

“these have ANC.”

Many cheaper earbuds have ANC.

The argument is Devialet’s specific tuning, titanium driver, ANC implementation, design and premium positioning.

That is exactly why a real Black Friday reduction can matter more here than on a mainstream $100 earbud.

The $699 Gemini II does not necessarily sound $200 better

Devialet’s Gemini II Opéra de Paris edition currently costs $699 versus $499 for the regular model. The special version adds luxury finishing including gold treatment rather than representing a separate higher-performance acoustic platform.

For Black Friday:

Buy the special edition because you want the special edition.

Do not buy it under the assumption that a gold finish automatically delivers better ANC or a different audio driver.

Devialet Astra: one chassis replacing almost an entire traditional hi-fi rack

Devialet Astra

Astra belongs in this article for one reason:

It shows Devialet’s design philosophy at its most extreme.

Astra combines:

preamplifier

power amplifier

DAC

network streamer

and

MM/MC phono stage

inside one thin chassis.

Devialet rates a single Astra at:

2 × 300W into 4 ohms

or

2 × 150W into 8 ohms.

Current U.S. pricing is $20,000 for one Astra or $40,000 for a dual configuration.

It supports:

AirPlay,

Google Cast,

Spotify Connect,

Tidal Connect,

Qobuz Connect,

UPnP,

Roon Ready,

USB,

digital inputs,

analog inputs,

and an extensively configurable MM/MC phono stage.

The crucial difference from Phantom

Astra still needs speakers.

So its $20,000 price does not represent a complete playback system.

It represents most of the electronics before the loudspeakers.

That is why Astra belongs primarily in specialist-dealer and audiophile-system territory rather than as a central Amazon Black Friday affiliate target.

Craob can mention it for current-lineup completeness without pretending that a $20,000 amplifier should be an impulse purchase because a marketplace seller shows a discount.

What about Devialet Expert Pro?

Expert Pro remains visible through Devialet, including Expert 140 Pro, 220 Pro and the higher-output 250 Pro architecture, although Astra is now the company’s prominently labeled new-generation integrated amplifier.

Expert Pro can therefore remain in the article as a specialist legacy/current-overlap consideration rather than a primary Black Friday Amazon target.

At this price level, buyers should consider:

speaker matching,

Devialet configuration,

phono requirements,

dealer support,

trade-in options,

and system installation

before focusing on the size of a sale badge.

Devialet’s Elevate program can complicate the Black Friday comparison

Astra’s current product page promotes Devialet’s Elevate Program, which allows owners of qualifying systems to trade toward newer-generation equipment.

That means an existing Devialet owner should not automatically assume Amazon’s public sale price is the lowest effective upgrade cost.

Compare:

Amazon price,

Devialet direct offer,

dealer offer,

and any applicable trade-in credit.

For expensive products, the effective net cost matters more than the headline percentage.

The 2026 Phantom shortlist is much simpler than the old catalog

For this year’s article, I would keep the main Phantom section focused on two products.

Devialet Phantom Ultimate 98 dB

Compact current-generation Phantom.

400W.

98 dB.

18Hz–25kHz.

$1,999 current U.S. regular price.

Devialet Phantom Ultimate 108 dB

Larger flagship.

1,100W.

108 dB.

14Hz–35kHz.

$3,999 current U.S. regular price.

Devialet Phantom Ultimate 108 dB High-End Wireless Speaker — Check Price on Amazon

Then place Phantom I/II inventory into a separate clearance section rather than allowing older products to dominate the post.

The Devialet product where Amazon makes the most sense may not be Phantom

For an Amazon-focused affiliate article, the most practical deal targets are likely:

Gemini II

Mania

Dione

Phantom Ultimate 98 dB

Phantom Ultimate 108 dB

Those products can reasonably be compared and bought as standalone consumer-electronics purchases.

Astra is different.

So are multi-unit high-end amplifier systems.

Craob should resist the temptation to turn every Devialet SKU into an Amazon button simply because an affiliate link can technically be created.

Buyer usefulness comes first.

Check the seller carefully on expensive Devialet listings

This becomes increasingly important as the price rises.

On Amazon, an item can be:

sold and shipped by Amazon,

sold by a third party and fulfilled by Amazon,

or sold and shipped by a third-party marketplace seller.

Amazon displays those details around the purchase controls.

For a $500 earbud this matters.

For a $4,000 Phantom it matters much more.

Before purchasing, verify:

condition

seller

fulfillment

warranty eligibility

and

return terms.

A suspiciously low marketplace price is not automatically a better deal.

Black Friday luxury finishes need a separate rule

Devialet frequently sells:

Opéra de Paris editions,

gold treatments,

special colors,

artist collaborations,

and other limited finishes.

Those products can carry substantially higher prices.

For example:

Phantom Ultimate 98 dB standard: $1,999

Phantom Ultimate 98 dB Opéra de Paris: $2,499

Phantom Ultimate 98 dB Roland-Garros: $2,100 at current pricing.

The differences may be worthwhile because you value the finish, craftsmanship or collectability.

But the premium should not automatically be described as better sound.

For buyers focused strictly on audio-per-dollar, begin with the standard finish.

Current prices are not Black Friday 2026 prices

Devialet runs promotions independently during the year.

For example, the company previously ran a stereo-Phantom promotion during December 2025 on selected Phantom I/II pairs. That does not establish what Phantom Ultimate will cost during Black Friday 2026.

Craob should therefore avoid statements such as:

“Phantom Ultimate 108 dB will be 20% off.”

“Gemini II will drop to $399.”

“Dione will save $500.”

Unless the actual 2026 promotion is live, those prices are unknown.

The article should distinguish:

current regular price

current promotion

and

confirmed Black Friday price.

They are three different things.

The Devialet Black Friday 2026 priority list

If the article needs to stay tightly focused, these are the products I would prioritize.

1. Devialet Phantom Ultimate 98 dB

The new-generation compact Phantom and probably the most important 2026 update.

Final take

Devialet is one of the easiest brands to misunderstand on Black Friday because its products often look expensive when compared box-for-box with conventional audio gear.

But Devialet rarely sells just one conventional box.

Phantom Ultimate combines speaker, amplification, DAC, streaming and DSP.

Dione compresses most of a home-theater front end into one soundbar.

Mania takes Devialet’s self-contained speaker concept into a battery-powered design.

Gemini II packages the brand’s ANC and acoustic processing into true-wireless earbuds.

And Astra goes in the opposite direction, replacing an entire electronics rack—preamp, DAC, streamer, phono stage and power amplifier—with one ultra-thin audiophile component.

That is the right way to judge the Devialet Black Friday Sale 2026.

Don’t ask only:

“How much is this discounted?”

Ask:

“What would I otherwise need to buy?”

Then calculate the complete system.

For 2026, prioritize Phantom Ultimate 98 dB and 108 dB over older Phantom I/II inventory unless clearance pricing creates a genuinely large difference. Keep Mania, Dione and Gemini II as the strongest practical Amazon targets, and treat Astra as specialist hi-fi rather than an affiliate impulse buy.

With Devialet, the real bargain is not always the product with the lowest price.

It is the system that lets you stop buying boxes.
