Meta Glasses Cyber Monday 2026 Deals: Ray-Ban, Oakley & AI Glasses

Shopping for Meta smart glasses in 2026 requires a complete reset from last year’s advice.

Meta now has four substantially different AI-glasses paths in the U.S.:

  • the new lower-priced Meta Glasses family
  • Ray-Ban Meta (Gen 2) for classic everyday eyewear
  • Oakley Meta HSTN and Vanguard for sport-oriented use
  • Meta Ray-Ban Display, which adds an actual in-lens display and Meta Neural Band

Those products range from $299 to $799 before prescription or premium lens upgrades, and they should not be compared only by which Cyber Monday listing displays the largest discount.

The biggest 2026 development is Meta’s own-brand collection. In June, Meta and EssilorLuxottica launched Meta Adventurer, Meta Fury and the Starfire Kylie Edition, creating a less expensive alternative to Ray-Ban Meta without removing the camera, speakers or Meta AI functionality.

Cyber Monday 2026 has not happened yet, so no future sale prices in this guide are predictions. Instead, we’ll use current September prices and real 2026 U.S. sale history to identify what would actually constitute meaningful value.

First decide whether you need a display

This one decision eliminates most of the lineup.

Meta glasses familyStarting/current U.S. priceDisplay?Main reason to choose it
Meta Adventurer / Fury$299NoLowest-cost current Meta AI glasses
Meta Starfire Kylie Edition$399NoFashion-oriented Meta frame
Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2$379NoRay-Ban styling and broad lens choices
Ray-Ban Meta Optics Gen 2$499 frame configurationsNoPrescription-oriented designs
Oakley Meta HSTN$399NoEveryday/sport crossover
Oakley Meta Vanguard$499NoHigh-intensity sports
Meta Ray-Ban Display + Neural Band$799YesVisual AI responses, captions and messaging

Meta’s standard AI glasses use audio, cameras and voice interaction. They do not place information in front of your eye.

If seeing messages, captions and AI information directly in the lens is the feature you want, start with Meta Ray-Ban Display rather than paying hundreds for another screenless frame and expecting AR-style functionality later.

The new $299 Meta Glasses are the value story for 2026

Meta launched its first glasses carrying the Meta brand itself on June 23, 2026.

Instead of paying extra for Ray-Ban or Oakley branding, buyers can now start at $299.

The collection initially includes three frame families:

Meta Adventurer

A cleaner rectangular shape offered in Standard and Large sizing.

Meta Fury

A bolder, heavier-looking frame intended for buyers who want a more prominent design.

Meta Starfire Kylie Edition

A slim oval design created with Kylie Jenner. Meta’s own store identifies it as the Starfire Kylie Edition, while the launch announcement described the collection as Meta Glasses by Kylie.

The Adventurer and Fury start at $299. Best Buy currently lists standard examples at that same $299 price, while the Starfire Kylie Edition starts around $399.

Don’t assume $299 means stripped-down hardware

The new Meta Glasses still include the key features buyers generally associate with this category:

  • 12MP camera
  • up to 3K video on current configurations
  • open-ear speakers
  • microphone array
  • hands-free calls and messaging
  • Meta AI
  • live translation
  • prescription compatibility
  • charging case

Meta says the new family delivers more than eight hours of battery life under its usage assumptions, with up to 40 additional hours supplied by the charging case. Actual runtime will depend heavily on camera, music, calling and AI usage.

They’re also Meta’s first glasses to launch with its newer Muse Spark-powered Meta AI from day one in the U.S. and Canada.

The Meta Adventurer could make Ray-Ban Gen 2 discounts less impressive

This is the interesting Cyber Monday comparison.

The basic Meta Adventurer starts at $299.

The standard Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 starts at $379.

Both belong to Meta’s current screenless AI-glasses ecosystem.

That means a Ray-Ban Meta sale should now be judged against both its own price history and the $299 Meta-branded alternative.

The extra money for Ray-Ban may still be worthwhile if you strongly prefer:

  • Wayfarer styling
  • Ray-Ban branding
  • a particular Ray-Ban fit
  • Ray-Ban lens choices
  • a specific prescription configuration

But buyers who primarily want the camera, AI assistant, audio and hands-free capture functionality should compare Adventurer or Fury before automatically choosing Wayfarer.

That is a new decision for Cyber Monday 2026.

Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 remains the mainstream style-first choice

The current Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 lineup includes familiar:

  • Wayfarer
  • Skyler
  • Headliner

frames, alongside numerous clear, sun, polarized and Transitions lens configurations.

Ray-Ban currently lists standard Gen 2 versions from approximately $379, polarized variants around $409 and many Transitions versions around $459.

Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 Wayfarer AI Glasses — Check Price on Amazon

Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 Skyler AI Glasses — Check Price on Amazon

Gen 2 records up to 3K Ultra HD video, compared with the lower video ceiling of the preceding generation, and Meta rates it for up to eight hours of typical use. The case provides substantial additional charging capacity, and Meta says a 20-minute charge can restore around 50% under its test conditions.

We already have a useful 2026 Amazon benchmark

In May 2026, Amazon and Best Buy discounted selected Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 Wayfarer configurations by 15%.

The $379 model fell to approximately:

$322.15–$322.25

depending on the retailer/listing captured during the sale.

Another Amazon report recorded the Gen 2 Headliner at $321.99.

That means a future Cyber Monday price such as $349 would be below MSRP, but it would not beat the strongest verified 2026 pricing already seen.

For a $379 configuration, roughly $322 is the more meaningful benchmark.

Lens type can change the price more than the Cyber Monday discount

Do not compare two Ray-Ban Meta listings based on frame name alone.

A Gen 2 Wayfarer might have:

  • clear lenses
  • sun lenses
  • polarized lenses
  • Transitions lenses
  • prescription lenses

and those versions have different normal selling prices.

For example, current Ray-Ban pricing includes standard Gen 2 configurations around $379, polarized configurations around $409 and Transitions versions around $459.

A $399 Transitions model can therefore represent a different deal from a $399 basic-lens model.

Compare the same frame, lens technology, size and generation when checking price history.

Prescription wearers should also know about Scriber and Blayzer Optics

Meta and EssilorLuxottica expanded the Ray-Ban Meta family in 2026 with Scriber Optics and Blayzer Optics, designs intended more specifically around prescription eyewear and all-day use. Meta’s current global lineup recognizes both as newer optical frame options.

Ray-Ban currently lists these Gen 2 frames around $499 before the final prescription configuration.

For prescription buyers, the cheapest frame price is not necessarily the cheapest finished pair.

Lens prescription, material, coatings and Transitions options can all materially alter the final cost.

Cyber Monday shoppers should therefore compare the completed prescription price, not just the frame discount.

Oakley Meta HSTN is the sportier everyday alternative

The Oakley Meta HSTN sits between everyday smart eyewear and performance glasses.

Current HSTN configurations start around $399, with Prizm Polarized models around $449 and some Transitions versions around $479.

Oakley Meta HSTN AI Glasses — Check Price on Amazon

The HSTN has:

  • 12MP camera
  • up to 3K video
  • open-ear speakers
  • Meta AI
  • IPX4 water resistance
  • charging case
  • up to eight hours of manufacturer-rated typical use

It is better suited to active everyday use than buying an Oakley Vanguard simply because Vanguard is more expensive.

Oakley HSTN already hit roughly $339

This is one of the clearest 2026 price benchmarks in the Meta eyewear range.

In February, Amazon discounted selected $399 Oakley Meta HSTN configurations to $339.15. Best Buy matched the price on at least some configurations.

Amazon later sold a Prizm Polarized configuration for $359.20 in May, down from $449.

Those are different lens configurations, so they should not be mixed into one supposed universal HSTN low.

The takeaway is:

$399 base HSTN: normal pricing.

About $339 for a normally $399 configuration: proven strong 2026 pricing.

About $359 for a $449 polarized configuration: also meaningfully below normal selling price.

Cyber Monday should be evaluated against the equivalent lens version.

Oakley Meta Vanguard is for actual training, not just sporty styling

The Oakley Meta Vanguard costs $499 in standard Prizm configurations, while a Prizm Transitions version can reach approximately $579.

Oakley Meta Vanguard AI Performance Glasses — Check Price on Amazon

It differs substantially from HSTN.

Meta designed Vanguard for high-intensity activities with:

  • wraparound sport design
  • centered 12MP camera
  • 122-degree field of view
  • up to 3K capture
  • IP67 dust and water resistance
  • louder open-ear speakers
  • wind-noise reduction
  • Garmin integration
  • Strava integration
  • Apple Health and Android Health Connect support
  • performance-stat overlays
  • up to nine hours of rated battery life
  • charging case providing up to 36 additional hours

For cycling, running and outdoor training, those changes can justify the premium.

For everyday photos, music and Meta AI while walking around town, HSTN or Ray-Ban Meta can make considerably more sense.

Vanguard has seen lower pricing—but evidence is thinner

Current official U.S. pricing remains $499 for normal Vanguard Prizm configurations.

One independent U.S. price tracker recorded Vanguard reaching approximately $400 in June 2026, versus $499 during later checks. Because the public price-history evidence is less robust than it is for Ray-Ban Gen 2 or HSTN, that should be treated as a useful secondary benchmark rather than an absolute historical-low claim.

A future Cyber Monday price around $400 would therefore be far more interesting than a token reduction to $479.

Meta Ray-Ban Display is not simply a more expensive Ray-Ban Meta

This is where the lineup changes categories.

Meta Ray-Ban Display includes a full-color in-lens display and Meta Neural Band, a wrist-worn EMG controller that interprets muscle signals for gesture input.

Current U.S. price:

$799

The display can be used for experiences including:

  • Meta AI visual responses
  • messages
  • live captions
  • navigation-related information
  • visual interactions without constantly pulling out a phone

Meta announced the system at $799 including both glasses and Neural Band.

But don’t force an Amazon purchase here

As of September 2026, Meta says Ray-Ban Meta Display and Neural Band are available in the U.S. through select authorized retailers and Meta flagship stores.

Best Buy currently lists the system for $799, but purchasing requires an in-store demonstration to confirm fit and function, and availability remains limited.

Because the normal authorized buying process is materially different from standard Amazon shopping, CRAOB should not insert a generic Amazon affiliate CTA just to monetize this model.

Use an authorized retailer when that is the appropriate way to buy the product.

Display vs screenless Meta glasses

This $500 difference can be misunderstood.

A $299 Meta Adventurer and $799 Meta Ray-Ban Display both use Meta’s AI ecosystem, but they do fundamentally different things.

Screenless Meta glasses

Interaction is primarily through:

  • voice
  • open-ear audio
  • camera
  • touch controls
  • phone-connected features

Meta Ray-Ban Display

Adds visual information directly into the lens and Neural Band gesture input.

If you mainly want to:

  • take POV videos
  • listen to music
  • make calls
  • ask Meta AI questions
  • use live translation

the $799 Display system can be unnecessary.

If seeing visual responses without checking a phone is the feature that makes smart glasses useful to you, buying cheaper screenless glasses will not replicate it.

Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1 has officially moved into clearance territory

The original Ray-Ban Meta generation remains available, but it should now be treated as previous-generation inventory.

Ray-Ban’s U.S. site currently labels several Gen 1 models “Last Chance”, including Skyler, Headliner and Wayfarer, with some basic configurations around $224.

Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1 Wayfarer — Check Price on Amazon

$224 is already established clearance pricing

During Meta’s May 2026 sale, Amazon and Best Buy dropped selected Gen 1 Wayfarer configurations to approximately $223.99–$224.25, versus their $299 original price.

Another Amazon sale in April put a large polarized Wayfarer configuration at $246.75, illustrating how lens type changes the price.

The question for Cyber Monday is therefore not whether Gen 1 is “on sale.”

It is whether an older Gen 1 pair is sufficiently cheaper than:

  • $299 Meta Adventurer/Fury
  • discounted Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2
  • current Oakley alternatives

At $280, Gen 1 becomes difficult to justify.

Near $224—or lower, assuming a clean new U.S. retail unit—the value case is much more credible.

Gen 1 vs Gen 2: don’t save $50 without understanding what you lose

Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 improved two particularly important areas:

Battery

Meta rates Gen 2 for up to eight hours of typical use, almost twice the rated typical-use battery life of Gen 1.

Video

Gen 2 supports 3K Ultra HD video, including higher-detail capture than the previous model.

If an older Gen 1 pair is only slightly cheaper than a discounted Gen 2, the savings may not compensate for those compromises.

Clearance pricing needs to be meaningful.

The 2026 price benchmarks worth saving

These prices have already happened or are current as of September 2026. They are not Cyber Monday predictions.

Meta glassesUseful U.S. 2026 benchmarkContext
Meta Adventurer / Fury$299June launch/current base price; limited sale history
Meta Starfire Kylie Edition$399Current standard-lens price
Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2~$322Amazon/Best Buy May sale on $379 configurations
Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1~$224Amazon/Best Buy May clearance pricing

Oakley HSTN Polarized, $449 configuration$359.20Amazon May sale
Oakley Meta Vanguard$499 current; ~$400 independently trackedPremium sport model
Meta Ray-Ban Display + Neural Band$799Current authorized-retailer pricing

This table also shows why every “Meta glasses” deal cannot be compared with one universal target price.

The model and lens configuration matter.

There is no strong U.S. Prime Day 2026 benchmark for every Meta model

Cyber Monday shoppers should be cautious with articles claiming a Prime Day low for the entire lineup.

The strongest publicly verifiable U.S. 2026 evidence found during this research comes from:

  • Meta’s May Ray-Ban sale
  • February and May Oakley HSTN Amazon sales
  • ongoing manufacturer and Best Buy pricing
  • individual Amazon price-history observations

The new Meta-branded Adventurer, Fury and Starfire only launched on June 23, 2026, leaving relatively little history compared with Ray-Ban Meta.

Similarly, reliable U.S. Amazon Prime Day discount evidence for every Vanguard lens option is limited.

CRAOB should say that rather than manufacture lows that cannot be verified.

Clear, polarized or Transitions?

With smart glasses, lens choice can matter almost as much as electronics.

Clear

Best if you want to wear the glasses predominantly indoors or use prescription lenses.

Standard sun lenses

Usually the least expensive sunglasses route.

Polarized

Useful for reducing glare outdoors, particularly around roads, water and other reflective environments.

Transitions

More versatile for someone who wants one pair for indoor and outdoor use, but usually carries a substantial price premium.

For example, Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 can move from around $379 to $459 depending on lens choice, while Oakley HSTN ranges from around $399 to $479 across common options.

A $60 discount on a $459 Transitions model is not directly comparable with a $60 discount on the $379 basic version.

Prescription buyers need to compare the finished price

Meta’s new self-branded glasses were launched as prescription-compatible designs, and current Ray-Ban Meta and selected Oakley HSTN configurations can also be ordered with prescription lenses.

Prescription pricing can depend on:

  • prescription strength
  • lens index
  • coatings
  • polarization
  • Transitions
  • insurance or vision benefits
  • retailer

That means the most useful Cyber Monday comparison may be the final pair after lens configuration, not the frame’s advertised sale price.

Do not assume a discounted $299 frame produces a $299 prescription pair.

Battery claims need context

Meta and its eyewear partners quote battery life under defined test conditions.

Current manufacturer claims include roughly:

Meta Glasses: over 8 hours
Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2: up to 8 hours typical use
Oakley Meta HSTN: up to 8 hours typical use
Oakley Meta Vanguard: up to 9 hours
Meta Ray-Ban Display: up to roughly 6 hours mixed use

Recording lots of 3K video, streaming audio, taking calls and frequently invoking AI can reduce real-world runtime.

Treat these specifications as manufacturer test claims, not guaranteed all-day battery life.

Meta AI doesn’t make every model equally useful

Most of Meta’s current AI glasses share a growing collection of software capabilities.

Those can include:

  • asking questions about what you see
  • taking photos and video
  • hands-free messaging
  • live translation
  • music and podcasts
  • calling
  • object/context questions
  • multimodal AI

But hardware still determines the experience.

Vanguard adds sports-focused durability and fitness integration.

Display adds visual output.

Meta’s new $299 glasses emphasize accessibility and current AI software.

Ray-Ban emphasizes eyewear design.

Do not pay $499 or $799 merely because every product page prominently says “AI.”

Start with the physical experience you need.

Privacy should be part of the buying decision

These are glasses with cameras, microphones and an AI assistant.

Regardless of model, buyers should understand:

  • when the camera is active
  • what the capture indicator communicates to people nearby
  • Meta AI privacy settings
  • how photos and recordings are handled
  • local restrictions around recording
  • when voice or camera use would be inappropriate

Meta says its current glasses incorporate visible capture indicators and privacy controls, but wearing a camera on your face still creates social responsibilities that do not exist with conventional glasses.

This is worth considering before a Cyber Monday discount makes the purchase feel impulsive.

Be very careful with marketplace sellers

Smart glasses are one category where a suspiciously cheap listing deserves extra scrutiny.

Check:

Generation: Gen 1 and Gen 2 Ray-Ban Meta listings can look almost identical.

Lens: Clear, polarized and Transitions prices differ.

Size: Wayfarer Standard and Large are not interchangeable for fit.

Condition: Renewed or open-box pricing should not be compared directly with new retail inventory.

Region: Confirm that you are buying a U.S. model with applicable warranty/support.

Seller: Prefer Amazon itself or clearly established authorized sellers where practical.

Prescription status: Do not assume a marketplace frame can be easily returned after custom prescription lenses are installed.

A $200 listing is not automatically better than a $299 authorized-retailer pair.

Which Meta glasses should you watch on Cyber Monday?

The answer is unusually straightforward once you separate the product families.

If you want current Meta AI glasses for the lowest starting price

Start with Meta Adventurer or Meta Fury.

Their $299 launch price undercuts Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 by $80 before any sale.

If style matters as much as the electronics

Watch Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2.

Its approximately $322 May 2026 sale price is the benchmark to keep in mind for $379 configurations.

If you want a fashion-first oval design

The Meta Starfire Kylie Edition is a distinct $399 option rather than simply another Ray-Ban variation.

If you want AI glasses for active everyday use

Look at Oakley Meta HSTN.

The strongest $399 configurations have already reached roughly $339.15.

If you’re buying specifically for running, cycling or training

Choose Oakley Meta Vanguard for its IP67 build, centered action camera and Garmin/Strava integrations.

Don’t pay the $499 premium merely for Oakley styling.

If you want information displayed in your field of view

The $799 Meta Ray-Ban Display + Neural Band is the relevant product.

None of the cheaper models duplicates its in-lens display.

If price is everything

Ray-Ban Meta Gen 1 can still make sense as clearance inventory near its roughly $224 2026 sale level.

But it should be substantially cheaper than both Meta’s new $299 glasses and Gen 2.

Final approach for Cyber Monday 2026

Meta’s glasses lineup is no longer a simple choice between Wayfarer colors.

The new $299 Meta Glasses fundamentally change the entry-level market. Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 now has to justify its premium through frame design, lens options and brand preference. Oakley HSTN and Vanguard increasingly make sense for active buyers, while Meta Ray-Ban Display sits in a separate category because it is the only one of these products built around visual information in the lens.

The useful Cyber Monday question is therefore not:

How much is this pair marked down?

It is:

Which type of Meta glasses do I actually need, what exact lens configuration am I buying, and has that same configuration already been cheaper during 2026?

For current reference, remember four numbers:

$299 — new Meta Adventurer/Fury starting price
~$322 — verified 2026 sale level for selected $379 Ray-Ban Meta Gen 2 models
$339.15 — verified sale level for selected $399 Oakley Meta HSTN models
$799 — current Meta Ray-Ban Display + Neural Band price

Those benchmarks are more useful than any future Cyber Monday percentage printed beside a crossed-out MSRP.
